>> Soul Kindling: Ignite Your Sacred, Creative Heart is a book that is filled with poetic and artistic inspiration to empower the you to come home to yourself as sacred and creative. Still, this can be a challenging road, especially when attempting solo. The Soul Kindling Leader’s Guide is a resource for people who desire to gather a group together and move through the book together.
>> Many years ago, I led several small groups that had a book as a resource. Typically, the participants would read a chapter and questions were provided at the end to ask and have discussion. As the facilitator, I often came along bumps in the road with this kind of format: One: people didn’t do the reading. Two: people were afraid to open up and share. Three: It kept the entire process as an intellectual exercise instead of it including any sort of embodiment.

>> For these reasons, I’ve made the Soul Kindling Leader’s Guide a Course resource that includes embodied practices of breath work, journaling, listening as well as creative practice. There is wide permission to play around with the content and move to your own rhythm as the facilitator each week. Most importantly, my hope is that you feel fully supported from me as you lead each week. Keep reading to find out what’s included.

The Soul Kindling Leader’s Guide is a Course Resource.
In it, you receive a six-week course that is full of ideas for the materials you need, options for setting your space as well as guidelines to use for your group.
Each week, I provide a special video only for the leader where I share about the content of the week. In addition, there’s a printable curriculum for you to print out and follow for your time together. The curriculum gives you ideas for song suggestions, what to read, altar table ideas, journaling prompts as and creative exploration. Finally, I provide a creative exploration video prompt that you can use with your participants or watch and facilitate by yourself.
Creative practice is the heart of what I teach and what I long for people to try. Moving inward to where our colors, lines and symbols lives reveals something of our inner truth. This is why I feel it’s imperative that when people dive deeper into exploration of this book, they have time to explore through creative means. As a facilitator, you’ll receive a video each week of me guiding creative practice. You can show this video to participants and follow along OR you can lead on your own. Of course, if you’d prefer to express in an entirely different way with the content, you have freedom to do so!

I take your hand and gently lead you through the Soul Kindling Leader’s Guide. If you have questions or need support, you can reach out to me. In addition, you’ll have access to an online community of other facilitators and guides who are taking groups through this course. Together, we're doing the work to bring sacred, creative movement into the spaces and places we travel.
— LEAD FROM THE HEART —
This is an opportunity to gather with old and new friends to navigate the creative road together. Each of us has experience with creativity and the most important thing is to guide authentically. Leading with your heart is all you need to do!
— PLAY NOT PERFECTION —
When you say YES to facilitating a Soul Kindling group, you are saying YES to a process of soulful play with love at the center. When we create space for soulful, inner exploration, magic happens. This is not about the end product, but about being together and celebrating our expressions.
— STIR UP SOME GOODNESS —
People are hungry for hopeful, colorful spaces. When we explore ourselves as creators, we come back to the good power within us. We begin to vision our lives anew. We take responsibility for the steps on our path. And, soon, we walk a fresh vision that we've made aside one another!
