DAY THREE: Let’s explore your relationship with the natural world. As you take time to intimately BE with the outdoor natural world, you just may fall in love with the nature of your BEing in a fuller way. You'll need a sketchbook, watercolors and a black permanent marker.

DAY FOUR: The natural world is full of healthy rhythms that invite us to notice. They provide a map for us to follow for our own personal cycles. Come and create a visual rhythmic wheel that invites you to tend your creative cycle. You'll need a a sketchbook and a black permanent marker.

DAY FIVE: Engage an audio practice of Lectio Divina as you restore relationship with the animals.

DAY SIX: Come and create your artist and Muse. Re-thread your relationship with the trinity of creative love. You'll need a sketchbook, watercolors and TWO black permanent markers.

DAY SEVEN: You’ve reignited your creative story. Now, it’s time to rest and enjoy.
